The Arola restaurant of the Hotel Arts Barcelona opens season with a renewed letter proposing new dishes like roast pork, potato, onion, anise salad, sea bass, madras curry foam and lychees and roses or breaded noodle casserole, gratin mushrooms and chipis. These new suggestions will accompany the classics such as patatas bravas, the slices of Iberian pork or beet tartare.
Arboix Joan, Mallorca and the Balearic Best Sommelier award in 2008, has joined the team this February Arola, having gone through several prestigious restaurants in Barcelona. Arboix recommends a marriage for one of the new dishes of the season: roast pigeon with romesco pistachio green onions and nuts cloud with long aging cellar; Celler Batlle 2001 Gramona.
Sergi Arola, awarded two Michelin stars, offers in its restaurant at Hotel Arts Traditional Mediterranean cuisine with creative touches. Also noteworthy is the atmosphere, warm, casual and cosmopolitan, that is breathed in Arola, on the second floor of the hotel.
Success of previous seasons is the chef's table located in the kitchen. Without doubt, see how the restaurant inside can be an unforgettable experience that only eight people can enjoy and prior reservation.
Also become night with great music spun by DJ Nacho Arola. In addition, you can enjoy listening to music or chill out on the terrace, an ideal place for a drink after dinner from next March 27.
During the summer, every Thursday from June to September, recovering Arola Nights, with live music until 3am.
